CLUBHOUSE RENTALS

Our beautiful clubhouse is available for rentals.  Approximately 1600 sq ft open area is perfect for parties, weddings, meetings, shows, etc. Full kitchen facilities are included with two ranges with ovens and refrigerator.Rental fee is $500 per day.  A $200 refundable security deposit is required at the time of contract as well as a Certificate of Insurance.  This can be obtained from your Homeowner's Insurance Co. and covers you for liability during the rental period.
